ARKAM PATEL : Arkam Patel comes from a construction and business background having honed his skills in management from a young age. As construction needs immaculate management in people, materials , cost, vast technical knowledge and overall knack for leadership, Mr. Patel has it all. After completing his degree in architecture where he discovered his innate talent for creativity, he further went to Australia to complete his master’s education in Construction Management from The University of Melbourne, to enhance his knowledge in other aspects of construction as he has always believed that construction and design are two sides of the same coin. Having worked in Australia in different sectors of construction, he shows professionalism delivering projects to date and his services in the building industry add further value to every project he is involved in.
MURTAZA SAKARWALA: Murtaza Sakarwala was always allured to art and creation from his childhood.His gifted abilities in drawings, perceiving and understanding the balance and co-relation of colours and spaces brought him to complete his education in architecture. Having worked under various architects Murtaza developed a unique ability to ignore the “book” and cater to projects and clients based on the individuality and uniqueness , thereby creating designs and ideas that are distinct in their own manner. He still maintains his habit of childish curiosity and asking questions : “what-if?”, as he thoroughly believes in diving deeper into the vastness of construction and architecture.
